Who we are
NxtWaveAI was founded by Hemant Goyal to build the full stack of AI — not just the model layer. We design, develop, and deploy AI-powered apps, SaaS platforms, mobile apps, and web products for clients across the globe.
Alongside the build work, we run structured AI audits: testing how brands appear in AI search engines, assessing where AI will genuinely save cost or increase revenue, and reviewing live AI systems for safety and compliance.
We are a focused team based in Kathmandu. Every project starts with a fixed-price scope, full IP ownership from day one, and weekly written progress reports — no retainers, no vague deliverables.

Common questions
Are you the same as NxtWave or CCBP?
No. NxtWaveAI (nxtwaveai.com) is a separate company from NxtWave Disruptive Technologies (ccbp.in), an Indian edtech platform. Different ownership, different country, different business.
Do you offer AI development in addition to audits?
Our current focus is audits and assessments. If you are interested in a build engagement, contact us — we occasionally take on production AI projects that follow directly from a readiness audit.
Can you certify us under ISO/IEC 42001?
No. We are an advisory firm, not an accredited certification body. We assess your readiness and close the gaps; you then engage an accredited certification body for the formal audit.
Do you work with clients outside Nepal?
Yes. All three of our services are delivered remotely. We have worked with clients in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South and Southeast Asia.
