Senior UI/UX Designer

Design Leadership and User Experience Strategy

• End-to-End Product Design: Lead the complete UI/UX design lifecycle from user research and ideation through wireframing, prototyping, visual design, usability validation, and final developer handoff.

• User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, competitive analysis, usability testing, and customer journey mapping to build intuitive experiences that solve real customer problems.

• Design Systems & Consistency: Develop, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, reusable UI components, style guides, and interaction standards across all digital products.

• Product Innovation: Translate business requirements into elegant, user-centric interfaces while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and organizational objectives.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure visual consistency, responsive design standards, accessibility compliance, and exceptional usability across desktop and mobile experiences.

Leadership, Mentorship, and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Design Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers through constructive design reviews, coaching, and continuous professional development.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.

• Stakeholder Communication: Present design concepts, research findings, prototypes, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership with clarity and confidence.

Technical and Professional Prerequisites

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional UI/UX design experience supported by a strong portfolio demonstrating successful web and mobile product design.

• UI Design Expertise: Advanced proficiency in designing modern, responsive, and visually polished interfaces using industry best practices and design principles.

• UX Methodologies: Strong expertise in user research, information architecture, interaction design, wireframing, user flows, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.

• Design Tools: Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Design Systems, Interactive Prototypes, and collaborative workflows.

• Prototyping: Extensive experience creating high-fidelity interactive prototypes for product validation and stakeholder presentations.

• Developer Collaboration: Practical understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive layouts, and modern frontend development workflows to facilitate effective developer handoff.

• Accessibility Standards: Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles.

• Software Philosophy: Strong commitment to usability, consistency, scalability, meticulous attention to detail, and continuous design improvement.

Academic Background and Professional Mindset

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or higher in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related discipline.

• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to solve complex user experience challenges, prioritize competing business requirements, and make data-driven design decisions in fast-paced product environments.

Advanced Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered applications or SaaS platforms.

• Experience building and maintaining enterprise-scale design systems.

• Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, and animation principles.
