Architecture & Engineering Excellence

• Production System Design: Architect, build, and maintain scalable, production-grade Android and iOS applications capable of handling high-concurrency requests with minimal latency.

• Mobile Lifecycle Management: Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including UI/UX implementation, state management, background processing, and robust deployment strategies.

• Advanced Architecture: Drive the implementation of modern mobile architectures (MVVM, Clean Architecture) and advanced dependency injection frameworks (Hilt/Dagger for Android and modern DI patterns for iOS).

• System Optimization: Continuously monitor, debug, and optimize app performance, memory usage, and system efficiency, implementing advanced caching and optimized database interactions.

Technical Leadership & Cross-Functional Strategy

• Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical authority by mentoring junior engineering talent, conducting rigorous code reviews, and championing engineering best practices like CI/CD, clean code, and unit testing.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Backend, and UI/UX teams to align technical delivery with product roadmap objectives and core business goals.

• Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of cutting-edge ecosystem developments (Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI, UIKit) and proactively integrate relevant technical breakthroughs into the product suite.

Technical and Professional Prerequisites

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in developing and deploying production-grade Android and/or iOS applications.

• Core Ecosystem Mastery: Proficient with Kotlin (Jetpack Compose, Jetpack Components, Coroutines/Flow) and/or Swift (SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, GCD).

• Network & Database Frameworks: Strong command over REST APIs (Retrofit, URLSession, Alamofire), JSON parsing, and Local Storage (Room, Core Data, SwiftData, SQLite).

• Cloud & Platform Tooling: Proven experience with the Firebase suite (Auth, Firestore, Crashlytics, FCM), CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, Google Play Console, and Apple App Store Connect.

Academic Background and Professional Mindset

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.

• Professional Standard: Significant, verified industry experience is mandatory; candidates relying solely on academic projects, personal certifications, or internships will not be considered.

• Problem-Solving: Exceptional capability to independently solve ambiguous technical challenges and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated experience in high-performance UI/UX design and complex animation implementation.
